Annoying..

im afc wimbeldon and got promoted last year in to the blue square so you you could probably imagin that my board would only expect me to try and stay up, have a safe mid table finish or at most perform a decent promotion battle.
but they constantly expect me to win most competitions im in. if i draw against i.e burton they get annoyed. luckily im top and doing quite well lol

does anyone know why they keep having such high expectations?

Probably because they're very ambitious, best advice is when you are asked for your league expectations at the start of each season, set it to the lowest possible, and that way you will take some of the pressure off... as long as you're doing well when you ask for some spare cash for transfers of wages they'll cough up!

Just think yourself lucky your board aren't interfering and accept all bids for your players!
