Played my 1st season with Birmingham and managed to win the cup getting me into the europa cup

But i'm half way through the 2nd season and have 17million transfer budget when Balotelli becomes available on the transfer list in Noveber, he wants to come but i cant change the wage budget so i have enough to pay him i have put the transfer budget of 17million!! down to like 5million and cant even do it then??

Any Ideas?

yeah. stop trying to buy him, because you cant afford him. you trying to finanicially over reach yoour side for a player you cant afford. remember your wage budget will have an affect on your next transfer budgets
