The authority doesn't think that Andrej Kramaric should be allowed access England, i'm very tired of that, as i know he will become a great player and i need a striker for my team.

you must have a work permit feeder club? farm him out for a while otherwise FMRTE is you best bet

I think FRTME is my best choice, but i don't wanna cheat. :(

Can i have a feeder club in Czech Republic as an English/Welsh team?

When the first permit is declined you should have the option to appeal. Usually, if it's denied a second time you can still sign the player, but he will be unable to play for you. You can loan him out to a feeder team (one based in Belgium is a good idea) to gain EU status. This might take three years, but if he improves significantly during this period and gains international caps at senior level, you should be able to offer him a new contract and cut his loan short.

Your probably best off farming him out if he ls one for the future, just ask your board for a work permit feeder club. Its usually romania Belgium or poland. Never gotten a czech one.
