I wouldn't loan out fletcher or o'shea as they have pretty good expirence and if you don't need them for 1st team they are always good to have for back up.

Good Right Backs ; Glen Johnson always good to have, Maicon if you can get him.
Good Left Midfield ; David Silva, Juan Mata, Robben mabye Gareth Barry ( less AML more ML)
Good Central Defensive Mids ; Veloso , Lassana Diarra, Lucas ( will become a beast), Danielle De Rossi
