Any successful tactic with same results as the 4-4-2's but not a 4-4-2?

i have tried looking through the TFF's Hot Tub testing table and the main big threads on the first page here

i haven't found a single tactic that can match the results of a 4-4-2 in terms of GF, GA and points

do any of the other site tactics or anything come close?

i want those TFF 4-4-2 results without playing a 4-4-2, that includes 4-2-2-2, 4-1-3-2, etc, no 2 striker 2 wide player variations

Not going to happen. There's a reason why 4-4-2 is the most common formation. Clash's 4-1-4-1 are probably the best after all 2 striker formations.
