I'm in need of a left midfielder for my Napoli side. I made an offer to Marvin Martin and it was accepted. At the same time I got an email saying that lamela had rejected a contract offer from Roma so I decided to praise him and then I offered Roma 20 million for him. He got annoyed when I praised him but Roma accepted the offer. When I try to negotiate a contract, his agent says he doesn't want to negotiate with your club.when will I be able to negotiate?

When they don't want to negotiate its probably because you or your club are not reputable enough for him consider listening to you, so I doubt he will want to join you until you win some trophies or his club go downhill
