Ok right so im into my sixth season with Burton and have this lad just come from youth set up.
Assistant thinks he could be a key player and i want to develop a training scheme to help that but dont really know what to do for him.
I think he has the basics to be my "ball playing" centre mid in a 442 formation as he already has (relatively) good first touch but i notice some of his other skills are a bit low.
Currently hes on a fairly generic midfielder program but im looking for advice on what sort of regime you more experienced coaches would put him on.
So thats the question, how would you boost his passing, ball skills without too much detriment to what he already has.
