Any way to play on old patches?

Is there anyway I can play on 14.1.4 again rather than 14.2 as I don't enjoy conceding 4 corner goals a game. For example, would there be any way to go back patches by uninstalling?

Nope, it's impossible. Luckily I've learnt my lesson, and am not letting it update until I finish the season
So next time a patch is out, before you close FM, go into properties and turn of auto-updates, until you find out what people think of the patch
