Anybody managed Hamilton Accies at all? any advice would be great

anybody managed hamilton academical in fm 2011? if so what was your general approach about things

I managed accies on fm10 and the only advice i can give is simple football will get you results, for example when goalkeeper has the ball set him to throw it short and play a possession game. Kick and run won't really work for Accies. Basically its almost mission impossible keeping them up.
