Anyone else get this?

Hello. I would like to point out a thing that always happens to me in my games. If I have a season where I do well, then the next season, my team do dreadful. I use the same formation and still they have the most dreadful start to a season. Does anyone why this happens or know how this can be prevented? Is it match preparation or do you just have to change your tactics every season?

As you progress through the game you must ensure that you are constantly trying to improve your tactic. if you are leaving it the same the the AI find a way of counteracting it, therefore making it less effective. you should tweak your tactic in every game in order to target the weaknesses of the opposition and protect against their strengths.

Also, if you have been promoted, you need to look for better players. Or perhaps play more defensively because you are coming up against stronger opposition.
