Anyone got a Counter Attack for under dog teams

Usually i manage to put together a tactic for playing higher league teams but this year i've got nothing. Tried playing as lower league teams in cup ties and as Sparta Prague in Europe and against the bigger teams i've lost every game. Anyone got a tactic they can suggest?

4231 narrow for me has worked well with charlton in the prem. exploit the middle, standard and structured mentalities

It depends on the formation you are using. Try this 4-2-3-1 from itsZdan, or this 4-4-2 from zyndar.

5-3-2 Antonio Conte by Bophonet is a really good counter attack.
