anyone imported any kits/logos? mine aint working

Where did you move them to? Should be

my documents>SI>FM 13>graphics (created folder if not there)

I pulled mine in from fm12 and they work fine. I just copied my folder and flopped it in the fm13 file.
Clear your cache and restart the game though. That's what I had to do to get mine working and make sure the only things ticked are reload skin when confirming changes and allow custom background images
