Anyone Know A Good Tactic For Mansfield In 1st Season

I am Mansfield Town in The Blue Square Premier league and I was wondering if anybody know a good formation and taction for goals but also not to concede goals.

I have real problems with conceding goals but no scoring much.

If this helps my formation is:

I also have the Tud Training schedule.

you just gotta play simple, dont over complicate your tactics you gotta remember that the lower you are down the league the less quality/brightest players there are so dont expect your players to do miracles on the pitch.

So how do you reckon I play e.g. formations, tactics, long balls, short balls, fast tempo or slow.

i dont know. get stuck in and experiment.

it takes a few games for a tactic to settle into the players! don't change it every game, give it a run of about 5 games if you can and check the stats to see what is going right/wrong!!
