Anyone know how to change stats look?

Hello,
Just would like to know how I can change the players stats back into numbers. I re-installed the game but the stats are showing as bars not numbers.
Also the quick navigation menu thing [the one where you can click on your squad, fixtures etc] on the left of the screen has gone.
Any ideas please, would be very grateful for a helpful answer.:'(

i think you can fix these through preferences. you can do it for the stats for defo. not sure about the 2nd thing though but have a look through the display & sound section of preferences
