I don't want to patch my game as im very much into my nomadic save now with 56 teems participating. But i do want to try an on-line game so if there are people like me, please contact me so we can arrange something.
P.S. I don;t have any skill in playing on-line but am hoping tro learn, so at least one more experienced in this field manager would be appreciated.
P.S. P.S. Am interested mostly in playing in a lower reputation champ, but we can talk about it :)

patching your game will not affect your current save game other than fixing some known bugs in the match engine, meaning you may have to tweak your tactics.

i highly advise patching as a non-patched version is vulnerable to a serious memory leak leading to the dreaded crash dump

is this 100 %^ sure?Because every member of the forum is having a different idea about it as i see.

patching a game will have no effect on games you have already started, other than mildly tweaking the match engine.

othwerwise what would e the point of of patches as everyone would have to start a new file for every patch.

ive been playing my cultural leonesa file since the 2nd patch, and patch 3 had no effect on it

Oh right i thought u lose all save game data. Surely you did on fm09?

patching a game has no effect on save game data, it never has. and ive been playing since Champ Man 2

Oh no, i mean you cant continue on the next patch with the same save data as on the old patch can you?

how do i spell it out any clearer?

patching you game will not affect any saves you have already got running! The match engine may perform slightly differently, but you WILL be able to continue your save.

Things like transfer updates/database changes etc from the patch will only become effective when you start a new save file
