Ok so the first pic is my normal starting 11 and the tactic, all is fine. The reason I am here is for other reasons; I let go of a few players in the summer and my squad is really small. I need a few singings that can sit on the bench and maybe have an impact if needed. I have 15m to spend and would like a few decent players, thanks.

The second thing is how would you propose to develop my regen striker I bought from At Madrid? and how do you think he will turn out. Thx. Any tips to my tactic welcome

just hols some backroom advice meetings and look at the players they suggests compile scout reports and sign them if u like what u see
and about the regen i would reccomend loaning him out, but be careful make sure the club you're loaning him out to have good training facilities and you can recall him if he is'nt getting a game but make sure before sending him that the team would play him

I wouldn't loan him out, because he is one of only two strikers in your team, so you can give him enough match time yourself. Sub him in for the last 15-20 minutes when you are well in the lead, that should boost his development. Besides, I don't think you can loan him ut before he turns 17 anyway. I would also think about getting a third striker in, it's easily possible that both will get injured at the same time.

Strikers I would suggest as good backups at this level

Alexander Esswein (starts at Dynamo Dresden in german 3rd tier but is good enough for the first league) - 1M €
Damian Lekic (starts at Osasuna and an excellent poacher, good enough as backup) - 3-4M €

In case you are playing the wingers as Inside forwards, have a look at Sekou Oliseh for the right side. Might be more expensive (around 6-8M) but is a real class player and scored 15-20 goals for me each season in both german Bundesliga and Spanish 1st league.

Then you would have 22 players which is fine, if you need more just move some promising youngsters up from your youth squad and give them some matches here and there.

About the tactic, it's hard to comment, the lineup screenshot shows just about 5% of the tactic. So just some general ideas I'm using successfully. With the two centre mids I like the combination of one advanced PM with good dribbling and scoring skills and one ball winning midfielder with defense duty. The DM behind them is usually an anchor man for me which would definately make sense if you play with wing backs instead of full backs. He should have a lot of stamina besides his good defensive and aerial skills, then he will help out on the wings in case your WBs get trapped in a counter attack. When playing with 1 forward, I found the combination of two inside forwards and a deep lying striker to be effective. The striker will have to be quick then though and the inside forwards work much more effective if they have the bend towards middle trait.
