Anyway to add a language?

Is there anyway to add a language outside the FMRTE? I'm American, so in game I get English and Spanish, however IRL I have basic understanding of Italian, and would like to start with that in the game.

Any ideas?

Put your 2nd nationality as Italian at the start of the game.If that doesnt work start in Italy and after 6 months you should have basic Italian on your language.

I don't really want to set my nationality as Italian. I also want to start a new save and start in Brazil or Argentina, so I don't really plan on managing in Italy for a few years until I get a big offer. (I start most of my saves in Italian leagues, so I don't want to play too much in the boot)

I was just wondering if I could change something in my profile to add a language. I know you can change some code to add a picture, I thought maybe the same could be done for a language.
