Applying for U21, U23 international jobs but never appoint anyone??

I am managing in Italy and applied for both international jobs but nothing ever happens.i get an email saying they have received my application then nothing happens. No one gets appointed and I can't apply again.anyone else had this issue?

I've had it, but i think its because u23 only plays in the olympic games and they hire you when the games are about to start. i think.

Thanks for reply dude. Even when U21 tournaments start they still don't hire, they just run with no manager.
