Arsenal 4-2-3-1 tactics

I'd like to know of a good tactic for my Arsenal side to dominate. My squad is as follows.

GK - Szceszny
LB - Aly Cissokho
CB - Thiago Silva
CB - Thomas Vermaelen
RB - Bacary Sagna
CM - Alex Song
CM - Aaron Ramsey / Jack Wilshere
AML - Eden Hazard
AMC - Robin van Persie (normally use as a treq)
AMR - Gervinho
ST - Edinson Cavani

I am about to start the 2013-2014 season.

Did you try out that formation? I use Arsenal too but I use the 4-3-3 tactic.

IF - Ryo Miyaichi
CF - Robin van Persie (Support)

Arshavin (Actually a key player, but since I want a regeneration to the squad, I try playing Miyaichi more often)
