Arsenal and Cesc Help (not performing)

Hi Guys,

I'm playing as Arsenal and week after week, game after game, Cesc is consistently my worst player in the team.

I'm currently lying fourth and doing OK but he just isnt performing.

I'm playing this formations

GK

WB DC DC WB

DMC

CM CM (CESC)

WG WG

CF

Any help for a novice would be greatly appreciated!

try my tactic here, sell Cesc, buy Hamsik or Sahin
tell him you are going to drop him to the reserves or place him on the TL if he does not shape up!

Set Cesc to Advanced Playmaker attack, advanced settings: Run from deep - often, run with ball - sometimes, through balls - often, creativity - maximum, long shots - sometimes. Set the CM next to him as box-to-box, and the CDM as defensive midfielder - defend. Cesc is my top scorer atm, averaging 7.55.

I actually play Cesc next to Rodwell (new signing) so I've got the defensive midfielder in place - just need to unleash Cesc's skills going forward.

I play him next to sissoko with song behind him, works great for all 3 of them. Make sure he's set to your playmaker too.

play him in the Mc (right role) of my tactic, should be perfect
