I'm using Arsenal in my first season and after trying a few different tactics im now trying to emulate the barcelona kind of 4-3-3

This is my tactics i was wondering if anyone could help me make it so i play more like barcalona
(i still have hamsik coming back from injury)

1 - Play Arshavin on the right wing instead of Nasri and start Fabregas.
2 - What did you do to anger you players?? is it selling RVP??
3 - There is a thread around here somewhere where a poster developed a Barca style tactic.

What roles have you got your players in...

I would suggest.

Complete forward support
Inside Forward Attack
Inside Forward Attack
Box to Box Mid Support
Ball Winning/Anchor Man Defend
Deep lying Playmaker/Advanced Playmaker Support
Automatic for the FB's
And Centre Back, Defend for the CB's.

The Barca tactic on there is pretty good.
