Arsenal Football Club
Chairman: Peter Hill-Wood [Loves the club] Assistant Manager: Pat Rice
League: Premier League
Last Season: 3rd
Media Prediction: 4th
Fierce Rivals: Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Chelsea
Other Rivals: Liverpool, West Ham United

Start of season

Expectations

Winner - Budget - 46 Million Wage - 1.3 Million
Title Challenge - Budget - 42.5 Million Wage - 1.3 Million
Continental qualification Through League Finish - Budget - 35 Million Wage -1.2 Million

Backroom Staff

Assistant Manger - Pat Rice

Don't sack him or release him. He is very good and you should always keep him.

First Team Coach - Boro Primorac

Again, Hold onto him don't release him or sack him.

Goalkeeping Coaches - Tony Roberts, Mart Poom, Gerry Peyton

Do you really Need Three Goalkeeping Coaches? You should terminate Tony Roberts Contract as he is part time anyway.

Fitness Coaches - Craig Grant, Tony Colbert

Try to keep them both as that is what i do.

Youth Coaches -Steve Leonard, Carl Laraman, Steve Gatting, David Court, Steve Bould

You only need 2-3 Youth coaches so you should release a couple of them. You should release Carl Laraman and Steve Gatting. Steve Gatting usually gets approached anyway.

Physios - David Wales, Colin Lewan, Simon Harland, Jon Cooke

You should not change anything here. It is Fine.

Scouts - 15 Scouts

That tells you one thing: get rid of a few. Every so often, you get around 12 scouts coming back with regular reports but i dont' know about you but it annoys me. If you want to sack a few, go for these

Pablo Budner, Peter Clark, Everton Gushiken, Christian Karembeu, Jurgen Kost, Daniel Karbassiyoon

First Team

Goalkeepers:

Manuel Almunia
Lukasz Fabianski
Wojciech Szczesny

Summary: First Choice is Lukasz Fabianski and the other two are just as good as each other. Accept Szczesny is younger therefore i would go with him.

Possible Ins - Vincent Enyeama - 750k
Possible Outs - Manuel Almunia Szczesny ( Loan )

Defenders:

Thomas Vermaelan *
Laurent Koscielny
Johan Djourou
Sebastien Squillaci
Bakary Sagna *
Gael Clichy *
Emmanuel Eboue
Kieran Gibbs

Summary: Good Defence overall but you need a in my opinion you need to get a backup Left Back.

Possible Ins - Joan Capdevila - 2.5 M
Brede Hangeland - 13. 25 M
Possible Outs - Sebastien Squillaci - 1.5 M

Midfielders:

Alex Song
Denilson
Cesc Fabregas (c)
Abou Diaby
Jack Wilshere
Andrey Arshavin
Samir Nasri
Tomas Rosicky
Andrey Arshavin

Summary: Arsenal have a very strong midfield that are capable of playing very good football.

Possible Ins - Jonathan Dos Santos - 1.3 M
Eden Hazard - 17.75 M

Forwards:

Robin Van Persie
Maroune Chamakh (vc)
Theo Walcott
Carlos Vela
Nicklas Bendtner

Summary: Again, Arsenal have a very good front line that consists of very good players.

Possible In - Vaclav Kadlec

Overall it is a very strong squad that does not need much done.

You're Best Players Are:

Defenders: Sagna, Vermaelan
Midfielders: Fabragas(c), Nasri, Arshavin
Forwards: Van Persie, Chamakh

Ross

You've done this twice, and I'm sure you posted it up yesterday as well?

It's a good guide, but why haven't you included the youth team. Also the font makes it pretty difficult to read. You should put it like: Sagna - Wing Back, Attack

Looks a good guide, but the fact you know you have posted it 3 times is annoying, just bump the other thread (original) instead of makng a new one
