Arsenal FC Tactic for the 2013/14 season (Testers Needed ASAP!)

I need testers of a new tactic that I'm working on for Arsenal FC season of 13/14. If I could get any feedback or improvements about it that would be great. The formation is as follows;

Fluidity - Fluid
Team Instructions;
Lower Tempo
Be More Expressive
Retain Possession
Shorter Passing
Work Ball Into Box
Run At Defense
Roam From Positions
Play Wider

I think you might need to play narrower if you want to get a lot of ball possession. Also going from fluid to very fluid might be good. But how are your results so far?

So far the results aren't too bad, just choking against all the bigger teams and yeah, i'll try that see if it works at all
