Arsenal Help Needed

Dont know if I should classify this as a tactical issue or player issue, basically, im a couple of games into my season i want my strikers to be van persie and eduardo, ive got van persie as DPF and eduardo as poacher, both set to attack, i also have arshavin as (AMC) TQ, the problems im having are, 1 eduardo my poacher is taking no shots on goal even tho hes supposed to be my most forward player based on roles and duties, 2 i want the ball to come through the middle cuz im playing a 4-1-2-1-2 but for the most part the ball ends up being crossed by my fbs, and we all know arsenal strikers are bad in the air, i dont want to have to touchline shout at the beginning of every game to play through the middle
