Arsenal or Tottenham?

I want to do a save with one of these but I can't decide which

Can someone who has:
- Played with Arsenal, give me the ups and downs.
- Played with Tottenham, give me the ups and downs.
- Played with both, what was your time like at either club and which one was more enjoyable.
