Arsenal sort it out

Im in my third season with Arsenal and am struggling to lock down a successful tactic. Even though I brought in Haaland to provide the goods. I was using the tactic below successfully for the first two season but now its conceding frequently to poor teams and not scoring enough for the talent I have

Any ideas on a tactic which will get the boys producing to their capabilities?

I am currently doing a story on here with Arsenal mate and having great success with a 4231 formation possession based tactic which I have linked on my page if you wish to give it a go, worked wonders for me so far.
