Arsenal!

Just restarted as Arsenal, and was looking for a few good players to sign. I'm selling Chamakh, so my transfer budget would be about 70-75 million EUR (don't know in pounds).

I already buyed/am buying:
-Willian (9 million or so)
-Erick Torres (4 million, this is for the future, not gonna use him right away I think...)
-Verratti (also 3 or 4 million, and also for the future.)

Also wanted to buy Leandro from Gremio, but Real Madrid got him first

Players I'm looking for:
Young, talented players (with a maximum of 25 years). Central defenders with a bit of pace, don't want another Mertesacker. Attacking minded players also should be quick, with good passing if possible.

Players I thought about buying:
-Kadlec. I'm playing a 1 striker formation, and Van Persie is good, but Kadlec is young and talented...
-Sissoko. Could be a back up for Song, and I could rotate them.
-As a defender, I thought about Sakho, but he's quite expensive...

Further suggestions would be very welcome.

Look at jay vaungham???( dont know his name but he plays for ajax), fabio/ santon, branescu, caulkar, otamendi, hulk, kleber are just a few suggestions of mine. For an ace €7.5 mill goal scorer look for ya konan.

Those are all good, talented players, but most of them aren't any help this season. I'm looking for players who could make a direct impact. As of Hulk, he's quite expensive. At that price I probably could buy Hazard, and I actually prefer Hazard over Hulk. About Otamendi, that could be a good one. Or would Verthongen from Ajax suit better?

Anyway, I also buyed Eriksen (Ajax) and André Ayew since I opened this thread. Also checking Vrsaljko or something. I hope to sign another 2 players before the deadline:
-1 good defender
-1 cm/amc/aml/amr that could give my team a real boost. Some kind of Hamsik. Or Marin. I'm hesitating a bit here...
