Hello Guys,

I am sharing with you my solid, counter based 4-4-2 tactic. It provides very high amount of goals and a good defensive shape. Sometimes you will find the opposition has a number of shots but those will be mainly long ones and the counter mentality works like that as far as I see in FM15. Your wingers will be red hot and also the 2 strikers will have their goals. The middle of the pitch should be controlled by the BWM and RPM, those won't venture forward too much. As this was only tested in FMC, I didn't used OI, but you should. Set tight marking - always to all opposition positions except GK and closing down - always to all opposition positions. The training should be team cohesion and fittness in pre season and balanced and match tactics until it get's fully fluid. Once it's fluid change to defensive positioning. The individual training should be the same position you are using a player. And very important: LB takes left corners and RB takes right ones.
Please give your feedbacks if you have any and feel free to tweak it.

Thanks. Yeah, the test was performed in the first season and only made 2 loans. Candreva is a beast :)

Will see when I will have the time to continue the test, but yes, sure.

I will give it a run with my RBL team. Will let ya know how its going.

I tried this with Celitc. It worked very well but then most tactcs would with Celtic. Im using it with Derby atm. 8 win in 8 competitive games. Not bad so far

I´ve tried it now for a solid ten games. And I gotta say its been mixed results. 4 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses.

But for a newcomer in the Bundesliga thats okay. And I dont have the necessary players for it yet. So it could very much be a great tactic.
