Assistant Control Matches

Hi,

I need to have my assistant control matches (not only friendly, all the matches) is there a way to do it? Or can I just get the match result without watching the match?

just go on holiday for a day before every match but its pretty pointless playing the game

Holidaying the game, but becomes wonky and boring

I had a go at this, told him to use my tactic set up all the time then went off online while he played most of my first season in the championship, get a good assistant with good tactical knowledge first though, got promoted to premiership, worked a treat so next season in the premiership when i took over lol.
