Assistant manager duties?

On previous versions of FM I left my friendlies to my assistant. How do I get into doing this on this version as I've just started and cant seem to find the option. Sorry to be a pain, thanks

Staff -> Responsibilities -> First Team -> Manages team in friendly matches, and plays with your tactics
