Assistant manager not using your tactic

So went on holiday to try out some tactics, but my assistant manager used his own tactics not mine.
Is there some settings to add this? Cant remember doing it last year

Yeah, there is an option for holidaying that you can check. One for use current tactics and one for use current lineup where possible.
