Assistant Manager Team Report

Hi there im manager of luton town and my assistant is Gary Brabin, hes got poor stats and when i look at his team report and who he thinks i should i play, i completely disagree, so im looking for a new assistant but i dont want the same problam so what stats should i look for to stop this from happenign, please help!!

Judging Player Ability, tactical knowledge at least 15 or something similar (know it's harder with lower league teams)

Motivation

Hard to find a good *** man for LLM though, haven't found a great one since Massimo Neri on FM09.
