Assistant manager won't use my tactics

If I check the option to let my assistant manager manage my 1st team friendly games, they won't use my tactic. They use their own instead, which annoys me....

Is it possible to command him to use my tactic?

isn't there another tick box saying 'use current tactics where possible' or similar?

There are in the reserve and youth team tab, but not in the 1st team tab...

Meh, if you are that bothered find an assistant manager whos preferred formation is the same as yours, its not going to matter that much anyway, its only for friendlies after all.

Well, I suppose it can't be done, then....

I just want to train my formation with friendlies, and thought to let my AM do it, but apparently I'll have to supervise them all myself >.<

You have to go on holiday if you want your assistant manager to use your tactics in a first team game.
