Assistant manager.....

Is there an option to make the assistant manager do all the tactics, or is it all down to me?

If so can anyone offer some advise???

The whole point of the game is that you are the manager not the assistant lol. If you don't want to make tactics ect.. Then I would advise you to download a few different ones off the download tactic section.
Other than that your assistant can take control of team talks, interviews and match prep, but other than that the tactics are down to you.

You can ask the assistant to pick the team for you but thats about is as far as tactics are concerned

what are you there for then? lol
but just download a tactic from here if you don't want to make your own tactic. There are plenty of plug 'n' play tactics.
