Would it be possible to sign managers such as Villas-Boas and Riikjard as assistants once they'd been fired/left clubs? I've been trying but with no avail so far?
 
Yes if you as a manager and your club has a very high reputation, but it is unlikely because those managers also have a high reputation and would want to manage a club themselves (as in real life)
 
Nice, I also have another question, how come 1 player make a huge difference in a team? My RAM Ben Arfa got injured for the rest of the season and performance has dropped greatly. How do I solve this, Lucas plays there now btw, moved from RCM

In all due respect, do you follow football in real life?

Many teams have certain key players who if they get injured, the team underperform significantly.

Yes, no offence taken but still, Ben Arfa is a new signing so he shouldn't have made a huge impact on morale, but now I think about it I did sell Barton who is a key player... And Gutierrez...
