Assistant Manager

Apart from being a top notch trainer, what are useful attributes of an assistant manager? I have him do all the boring team talks, maybe these would be more successful if my assistant manager had a certain attribute booming?

1) motivating
2) tactical knowledge
3) man management

and then your Det and Discipline along with a few good training attributes and Adaptability are essential!

Dont be lazy, do the team talks yourself! so much more rewarding and effective
