I just download genie scout and been using it to find youngster player with high PA and good CA so he can act as backup or maybe on rotation basis. i try to sign a player with CA 12x and PA 17x and when i'm offering him a contract my assistant said i could do a lot worse than signing him. My english is not that great but from what i understand he's telling me that the player is bad isn't he?

no he is saying the player is quite good and there are certainly worse players then him out there, hope that explains it.

No, if that comes up the player is actually quite good.

It just means that your assistant isn't as good at spotting players with good PA as genie scout is
