TL/DR: 3 central midfielders score goals and don't get assists, mildly annoying. it feels more like a hack than a good tactic.
the system I use works brilliantly in terms of results but I feel a little bad for the fact that 70% of my goals go like this '3 central midfielders pass it around for fun, put it to running WB who takes on a defender and passes it to Inside forward who runs and crosses making poacher or midfielder score goal'
so, I feel like there is a huge gap between my midfield and my striker but that if i get my striker more involved with the play that i lose my cutting edge.
how do i close that gap (getting my midfielders assists) whilst still being able to score quick goals?
MY TACTICS
basically its a 4-3-3, attacking, full roaming, full creativity, short passes.
I did experiment with turning my DM into a AM and dropping the two CM's a little bit but i proceeded to concede too many goals.
EDIT: for clarification, My inside forwards play out wide and so when i refer to my striker it is because he is a lone striker. playing as a poacher
