budget is around 12ish million Euro
-currently in need of a young LB
-back-up Wingers N'Zogbia, and Albrighton are good enough to be starting for this first season.....Wanted to go for Tomecak, but the work permit may be a issue and hes out for nearly 2 months
-Deep-lying foward....tried to get both Sturridge and Lukaku on loan but chelsea were having none of it, need a starting caliber one here, Emile Heskey id imagine wont cut it
