You can get Necid for that 5m and he's better now than Lukaku. ( Lukaku becomes better in time ) so I'd go for Necid and then start looking at Khouma Babacar from Fiorentina. He's a beast.

Also Yaya Sanogo from Auxerre is good young striker who becomes world beater.

The 26 million release clause is nothing, You can easily pick him up for £7.5M.
