i have started a season with villa and i cant seem to get there formation too work has anyone got an idea of what to do and what training to do.

im also doing a season with reading has anyone got an idea of what to do for training for them

Training: Use Tugs Training schedules
Tactic for villa: Try Zebeede 4-4-2 Benitez, they work in most of the team, it worked for me with Q.P.R., man city and now i'm first in Championship with birmingham 1st season

My tactic may not do justice to Villa's quality. It will work but not as well as Lee's Liverpool tactics would do. The reason is that in the very top flight of football, you need a specialist DMC to truly dominate games. Lee's tactics set is a 4-1-3-2.
