At Breaking Point with this game

I bought FM originally because it was fun and very entertaining when you win, but I just cannot get into a save long term because I am just Terrible at the game. I can never build a tactic that works, even when It looks reasonable, It just doesn't work, I end up losing and I therefore ragequit the save. I Don't understand how people can do this, as everyone else's tactics seem to get them very far in the game and It looks like fun, But I rarely get past the 1st or 2nd Season because I just do not ever progress teams on this game. I don't know what it is i'm doing wrong, and I am reluctant to post one of my tactics because I don't want help just for one save, I want to know how to build tactics for any save that are going to work and help me have fun on this game again. Sort of like the phrase 'Give a man fish and he'll be fed for a day, Teach him to fish and he'll be fed forever.

Just as an example this is one of my tactics, bear In mind, I don't just want help on this save, I want to learn how to be good at making tactics

I'd read what MANUMAD has written. Very informative and well written.

If you can't post URL's then just type out your tactic in text form with the TI you use. I know it is a tedious task but it'll be easier to help when knowing your tactic.
