I'm playing with Norwich and have a 4-3-1-2 counter tactic along with a 4-1-2-1-2 defensive tactic for the bigger clubs and for teams that have a good AMC. At first, I was doing well, winning games and tying with the big clubs. But all of a sudden everything just starts going wrong. I lost to Bolton 1-0 at home, to West Brom away and now I'm being demolished by Arsenal. This with a team that I managed a 0-0 draw with Man Utd. I really haven't changed the way I do things at all, but the games I'd be winning during the first half of the season I now lose. Anyone have any advice?

I would say that this has nothing to do with tactics as such.Perhaps you lost a game or two down to using the incorrect approach, that will always happen if not unsing the shouts or getting them wrong. I think the major concern here is that whilst the players dont have a problem with getting complacent when wining, they on the other hand might get nervouse and lack confidence when in a slump.

Here, you have to show faith and release some of the pressure. Depending on what season you are in, the expectations of the norwich players migght actually be what you are seing here.
