Athletic Bilbao related question

Has you may know, in Atl Bilbao you can only sign basque players.

Is there anyway to do this on any other club?

I think only if you're managing them. Like, you decide to do it you know? Then again I'm terrible with editing so, I could be very wrong.

Ah, but I do think you can make them only sign basque players. But like, only English players for Chelsea, I don't think you can, no.

Benfica used to do this up until the mid-70's. They'd only have portuguese players in they're squad. I'd love to know if this is possible to be done...

It wasn't possible to do in previous version of FM. I don't believe you can do it for FM12 either
