I have created this tactic and tested it out with Bournemouth, Wolves and Peterborough. It relies on quick wing play from wingers and also overlapping full backs. Also, the key is to have a good Defensive Forward, I have tried with other player roles and nothing seems to work as well as that.

With Bournemouth, I finished 4th in my first season, 6th and then 4th before I decided to start in the Championship to see how well it worked. I started with Wolves and finished the first season with a record 109 points and well over 100 goals, following that up with a 7th place finish in the Premier League. Currently playing with Peterborough, we hammered everyone in League One and I'm now top of the Championship in the 2nd season with 38 games played.

In all of these games I haven't made many signings, just a few to get the player roles right for the tactic. I try to have 4 strong full backs and wingers as they do so much running their condition is often below 90% so good to rotate them.

The majority of goals have been scored by my wingers with them getting between 10-15 a season and strikers usually around the same or a bit less. I have tried various different player roles in centre mid and they all seem to work quite well so can be on current player role or personal preference for these.

I'm very keen to see if this works as well for others as it has for me so I'd welcome any feedback!

I have tried it with both to be honest and flexible works better if you have a slightly weaker defence. I used fluid once I was in my second season with Bournemouth when my defence was strong and everyone was capable with the tactic.

Update: I've just achieved back to back promotions with Peterborough

Another update...

Another update, going well in the Prem, only made a few additions from my League One/Championship squad
