This is the first time I am uploading a self made tactic. The tactic I have chosen to sort of 'duplicate' is the tactic used by some Italian teams. It is a 5-3-2 system with very offensive wing-backs.

The idea is to keep the backline shut with 3 strong central defenders helped by one (or two) ball winning midfielder(s). The contribution the winbacks should deliver to the defensive tasks of the team are neglectible, they are mainly used to support the offensive line. If only one BWM is being used the other should be set as a Box-2-Box one. The offensive line is formed by a Trequartista, a target man and a poacher.

Specific skills:

GK - Just find one that can stop some balls

DCR - Most important are heading and jumping, because he's the one who should be banging in corners and freekicks. Marking, tackling, anticipation are important too.
DC - Strong tackling, marking, anticipation and pace. Also strength and some jumping are nice (since he's challenging the opposition's GK with set pieces)
DCL - Same as DC withouth strength and jumping

WBL/R - Most important skills are acceleration, pace, stamina, crossing, dribbling and some decisions would be nice too.

MCR - Go for a strong tackler with stamina work race and some strength acceleration and pace
MCL - Depending on if you play him as a BWM pick same skills as MCR, if he is played as a BBM find a creative dribbling passer with strong stamina, solid technique and a work rate would be nice too.

AMC - He's your typical trequartista, he should be creating a lot of chances and keep the opposition's definsive line busy. So find a highly creative player who has a high passing skill, added with technique, off the ball, agility and some anticipation, acceleration and pace. If he's got a high finishing skill make him place the shots, if not teach him to pass rather than shoot.

FCR - The poacher, he needs high finishing, off the ball, anticipation, acceleration, agility and pace. Added with some dribling and a good first touch.
FCL - The Target man, would be nice if he's a big guy with high heading, jumping and strenght skills added with a lot of teamwork and workrate. High skills on first touch and determination are helpfull too.

This is how it looks:

And Champions League:

When it comes to Set pieces both Wingbacks are staying forward when defending a set piece, to ensure a quick break-away when possible.

Let me know what you think about it and how you think I can improve the tactic.
