Attacking Right Midfielder

In need of Dirk Kuyt replcement. Budget is around 12.5mil. I want a right winger who can put a good cross in, fast, good pace, and can get alot of assist by supporting my strike force (aguero & suarez in a 4-5-1 formation).

P.S i was thinking of chung yung lee from bolton for the postion dont know if he would be good for me?. But also he apparently improves alot within a year.
