Attending Meetings

Is attending meetings beneficial?

For example, the press meetings (before the game, after the game, rumored transfer), is there a downside to turning these down? Ive been doing half and making my assistant do the rest, but i'd like to be able to sack them all off as they're ****** boring.

Also meetings with your chairman and staff, much point?

I hate the meetings with the media, you just use the same replies as every other time and get irritating. I just set staff instructions for the assistant manager to attend them all.

Board meetings are good to improve facilities etc

Yes they are repetitive and boring but unfortunately what you say during them does influence results if only by a bit ...
