Attributes lower then how I edited?

Using the editor I have edited a few players attributes/ability, but when I load the game with the database they are not how i saved it? For example I have increased one or two or Gerrard's mentals as well as Ramsey and Suarez's technicals. But when I create a game with the database the attributes are usually 1 less then how I edited them to? I also created me in the game but my attributes are 2-3 less then how i saved them? what is the problem?

Did you definitely select the right Editor Data at the start of the game?

You need to increase the players CA. If the CA is too low you can't have all high attributes so some will end up lower than you set
