Attributes to individual coaching staff role

Normally I set my assistant manager to be in control of setting up individual coaching. Now I've got Eric Black as my assistant and Phil Cannon as my head of youth. Phil Cannon's attributes are a lot more better in most areas than Eric's so I'm thinking about putting Phil in charge of individual.


I just want to know; what attributes should I be looking at for a staff member that will be in charge of individual coaching?

I'd never really though about it to be honest but I'd imagine Man Management is the key attribute.
I think Motivation and Level of Discipline might improve the success rate of the player learning the move.
